then I saw a grey box that read "Do you want to run this software?" Is it safe to click the "Run" button?
Yes, it is perfectly safe
to click the "Run" button. Registry Helper will then automatically install and load and show you a list of detected Invalid Entries in your computer's registry -- and tell you how to delete them.

When your browser prompts you with the download box, click the "SAVE" button
instead of the "RUN"
button.

At the top of the window that appears there is a dropdown
box to the right of the words "Save in:". Click the dropdown box
to list your drives.

Double-click on your "C:" drive.

Click the "SAVE" button in the
lower-right-hand corner of the box. The software will begin downloading.

After your download is complete, click the
"START" button in the bottom-left-hand corner of Windows
-
Select "Run" from the menu
- Type c:\RHSetup.exe
into the box and press the "OK" button
- You may see a grey download box asking "Are you sure you want to run this software?" Press the
Run button.
The software should automatically install and open on your computer.

I
tried to download the software but got a message box that read "Your
current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded".
The security settings in Internet Explorer
are set too high and are preventing you from downloading any software over
the Internet.
To fix this, please try solution #1 below. If solution #1 does not
work for you for some reason, try solution #2.
Solution #1:
- Click "Tools" on the task menu located at the top of
Internet Explorer.
- Select "Internet Options" from the menu that drops down.
- Click the "Security" tab then click the "Default Level" button.
- Make sure the slider located to the left is set to "Medium".
- Click the "OK" button at the
bottom of the box.
After you adjust your security settings, click
here to return to the download page.
Note: If this solution did not work for you, please try solution #2
below.
Solution #2:
- Click "Tools" on the task menu located at the top of
Internet Explorer.
- Select "Internet Options" from the menu that drops down.
- Click the "Security" tab then click the "Custom Level" button
- Scroll down to the "Downloads" section
- Under "File Download" select the
"Enable" option
- Click the "OK" button at the
bottom of the box
- Click "Yes" when asked "Are
you sure you want to change the security settings for this zone?"
- Press the "OK" button at the
bottom of the box
